Saddle Stitching Services

We have a Heidelberg ST-100, 9000 per hour stitching line with 6 pockets plus cover feeder and inline 3 knife trimmer.

This flexible line allows us to drop envelopes or inserts that will float between the stitches and we have the ability to fold inline if your product needs to be folded after stitching.  

We also use this line for inserting multiple sigs into one for smyth sewing or other applications.  It does prefer a low folio lap on the sigs, so keep that in mind while planning your next job.
