Side Sewn

Side Sewn can be either with a hard cover or many times we can side sew through the bound soft cover book.  Type of paper and thickness will determine if this is an option.  Generally we cannot side sew any book that is over 1/4″ in thickness and sometimes less depending on the type of paper.  A very durable book that is not as easy to read as a smyth sewn style.  Requires a wider hinge on the cover than a normal book.  Thread is normally 1/4″ away from the spine running from the head to the tail.
