Trip Worden


Trip has been involved with Universal Bookbindery since 1987, when, as a young adult, he worked during holidays and summers. Trip went on to become vice president of the company in 1992 and was named president in 1996. He has experience both in the production plant and in various departments in the office. He is also active in the local manufacturer’s association and serves on the boards of several San Antonio organizations. Trip is married with two daughters and enjoys hunting, golfing and fishing.

Fred Daubert

Vice President

Fred Daubert joined the Universal team in 2014 as vice president. Fred has an extensive background in bindery and commercial print. His prior experience includes 19 years with a trade bindery in Rochester, NY. He has also worked for several commercial printing companies in the Northeast in various production and sales roles. Fred is married and has two children. He enjoys hunting, fishing and the great outdoors.

Cordell Reinhard


Cordell joined the Universal Bookbindery family in 2010 with 25 years experience in the area of accounting and finance. As Controller, he manages all aspects of the day-to-day accounting, payroll and cash flow management. He also is the company Human Resource Administrator, handling all aspects of employee benefits. Outside of work, Cordell enjoys spending time with family and friends; in his spare time he takes joy in swimming and gardening.

Brad Barenblat

Purchasing Manager

Brad came to Universal after many years in a family owned import/wholesale distribution business. Learning the binding business from the ground up, he started on the manufacturing floor in early 2006. After a year and a half, he transitioned into an estimating position. Currently Brad is Purchasing Manager. Active in the community, Brad also enjoys camping, a multitude of sports, woodworking and collecting antique cigarette lighters. He has been married to wife Sheri for over 25 years and is the proud father of 2 daughters.

Ann Deeds

Sales/Customer Service

Ann joined the Universal Bookbindery team in August of 2007 as a customer service representative. During the 25 years prior to that, Ann worked in the graphics industry in both Austin and San Antonio. She enjoys personally serving customers and handling the details of each project. Ann and her husband have two children. In her free time she is busy with her children’s activities and participating in her community. She enjoys adventure, family, friends and travel.

Marcella Davies

Customer Service

Currently a customer service representative and Assistant to the President of the company, Marcella has 25 years of experience with Universal Bookbindery. Throughout the years, Marcella has had many responsibilities in various areas, a fact that has greatly contributed to her overall knowledge of the bookbinding industry. In her spare time, Marcella and her husband enjoy sports and spending time with family.

Sandra Humrichouse

Customer Service

Sandra has been a part of the Universal Bookbindery customer service department for more than 19 years. Sandra enjoys the creativity of solving design issues and ensuring that jobs produced in Universal Bookbindery have a smooth transition from printed material to completed product. Sandra has three children and two granddaughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and fishing.

Dahnene Moravits

Accounting assistant

Dahnene has been with Universal Bookbindery since 2003. Her responsibilities include reception and miscellaneous accounting functions. Dahnene and her husband enjoy motorcycle rides and both spend time outside of work being involved in their church and work in the Gospel Magic Ministry.
